LOCATION
The Villa Enzo's Rosina is 6 km from the exit Cassibile-Fontane Bianche of the highway Catania-Siracusa-Gela, and 3 km from the hamlet of Cassibile. Just twenty minutes drive you can visit:Syracuse, Ortigia, the baroque of Noto, the protected marine Plemmirio, the former trap of Marzamemi, the reserve of Vendicari or the Etna “Sapienza” refuge at 2,600 meters high.

THE VILLA
Enzo's Rosina is a villa of the Residence Arianna few steps from the beach of Fontane Bianche.
All at the center of the same name from the residential area that offers exotic holidays with all the advantages of southern custom: tastes and dishes from the best Mediterranean tradition and way of life that does’t know hit and run holidays.
Villa Rosina was completely renovated in 2011 and completely renovated in the interior design.
The first floor has two apartments with all amenities and equipped with modern furnitures to ensure a relaxing holiday for couples with children and families with two or three children.

THE APARTMENTS
Both apartments have been renovated and furnished in 2011 and are equipped with heat pumps. Both the apartment can boast wide veranda overlooking the sea. At guests' disposal: large sun terrace, comfortable hot shower for the return from the beach, easy parking space inside. Just outside the Residence are: Bar-deli-bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, medical and first aid.

THE STUDIO FLAT
The studio, spacious and comfortable, is fully furnished (appointed in 2011) have: double bedroom with sofa bed, bathroom with shower, kitchen with adjoining bedroom and a large veranda with sea view and equipped with deckchairs, table and chairs. The apartment is equipped with heat pump for the air-conditioned and ceiling fan. The apartment is equipped with linens and tablecloths, and a modern kitchen equipped with oven and fridge-freezer and everything you need for an immediate stay.
THE THREE
The three-room apartment is particularly suitable for a family stay, in addition to the master bedroom has a double bed for children, with a loft bed and a sofa bed in living room. The large kitchen-living room communicates with large living perimetral veranda with sea view (with table, chairs and recliners).
The apartment was refurbished in 2011 and is equipped with: table linen, bed linen, satellite TV and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The three-room apartment has a modern kitchen equipped with oven, fridge-freezer, crockery and what is necessary for immediate use, for air conditioning is fitted with a heat pump and ceiling fan.
