Lovely villa Isola Rossa, near the Spanish tower surrounded by green, very close to the sea , the house has a veranda and large garden from which you can enjoy a wonderful view over the bay of Isola Rossa. Nearby are the beautiful beaches of Isola Rossa and Marinedda. In exclusive location, close to the center of the small village, the house is composed of: large living room, kitchen, one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms, veranda and garden with barbecue and parking space.
Reception : open from 9:00 to 13:00, from 15:30 to 19:30. Please inform us if you should arrive outside the office hours.
Check in : Tuesday from 17.00 onwards Check out: : Saturday - Tuesday before 10.00.
Period A: beginning and end of your stay any day of the week.
Animals Fees:
Small pets allowed with payment of required extra cleaning € 35
Extra Bed:
seasons A + B: € 25.00 per week, period C + D + E: € 35.00 per week, period F: € 40.00 per week, period G: € 50.00 per week.

€ 100.00 (in cash), payable after checking the status of the apartment.

Final Cleaning:
€ 65.00; Kitchen must be cleaned by the customer, otherwise we will charge a supplement of 20,00 € for cleaning.
