Villas in a quiet area in the area closed for traffic, surrounded by green zones and only 20 minutes from the wonderful sea of the Etruscan Coast ,close to every kind of fun activitieslike hiking the countryside and culture.
The house is a strategic part in a medieval fairyland. The house has a splendid view of the valley and Volterra in the background.
The house is a renovated apartment in 2005, which can accommodate up to 3 people, very comfortable and ventilated, the house is independent and has all the amenities to enjoy moments of relaxation. In the country ,closed for traffic, one can move only on foot or by bike.
Within 15 km there are public beaches which are fully equipped , the wildlife and natural biogenetic with jogging paths, ruins of ancient Rome, the restaurants, shops of all kinds. At less than 5 km one can find stables, Etruscan ruins, Etruscan archeological museum, cycling trails, wine routes, sports facilities, water park, marinas and small white beaches of Cecina and Rosignano.
It's possible for our guests only , to book sun loungers, parasols and sun beds at the properties nearby.
The whole coast of Etruscan has a blue flag.
HOW TO GET THERE: By car: S.G.C. FI-PI-LI (exit Pontedera / Ponsacco). Ponsacco - Saline di Volterra. Montecatini Val di Cecina: SS.439. Variante Aurelia, exit at Cecina, SS.68 until the junction for Montecatini Val di Cecina.
