Description
The structures, built between 2006 and 2009, are just a few meters from the sea of Stazzo, the small resort town of Acireale [Catania], just twenty minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of Taormina and 30 minutes from the local mountain 's Etna (hiking and skiing on Europe's largest active volcano;).
The structures accommodate a total of 25 beds (9 singles, 3 double beds and 5 double sofa beds). The bedrooms are equipped with sheets, the kitchen is fully equipped. In total there are 4 bathrooms with shower, equipped with towels and hair dryer.
One of the houses is divided into two apartments with independent entrances: one floor houses with mansard and terrace is in the ground floor, however, there are two courtyards of the relevance of the house.
In the other apartment is a large terrace and two balconies (in summer is very pleasant to dine out )
There are two garages and one car, if you drive fitted. Pets are welcome, preferably small or medium size.
Minimum stay 3 days. For groups of at least 10 people are accepted for stays 1 day.
Price is per night and per person. There is offered a discount of 20% for stays of a month.
The only expenses are not included: 15 € per person for cleaning and rental linen (low and mid season) and 22 € per person in August.
