The farm is at 1200 meters from sea, 3 km from the town of Marina di Grosseto, 6 km from Castiglione della Pescaia, 8 km from the crystal waters of Rocchette and 9 km from the magnificent beach of "Cala Violina" (where walking over it seems to hear the beautiful sound of a harmonious violins).
The Fattoria San Vincenzo welcomes you all year for a fantastic relaxing holiday in totally renovated apartments (the structure is of 1869), leaving the original effects by creating attractive and equally comfortable rooms, elegantly furnished by the owners, Silvano and Dilva. Some rooms have air conditioning and safes, each apartment has its own stretch clothes. (who wants can use the laundry room) Inside the rooms there is also a fridge, an electric stove, and the kit for breakfast.
All this is surrounded by olive trees and centuries-old acacia and mimosa trees, lawn and beautiful flowers.
The farm grows olives, vines, vegetables, and grains, and large expanses of grass to feed the large stable with beef cattle.
