We rent weekly (minimum 5 days)or monthtly for all the periods of the year a cottage-house very near to the sea and to a private sandy beach sited in a locality called Capo Zafferano in the district of Santa Flavia in the province of Palermo .The house includes a ground floor with living room, dining room, kitchen, laudry room, one bathroom and one patio and a first floor with three standard bedrooms and one small bedroom, a living room (with a music piano), two toilets, one terrace and one balcony. The house is fully furnished and is provided with heater, air-conditioning, fire place, two satellite TV, a private parking and two beautiful gardens.The locality is sited at about half hour of distance by car from Palermo, the monumental capital of Sicily, city of art, history and culture. Capo Zafferano is known for its famous lighthouse and for its rocky and sandy beaches. It is very close to the the picturesque fishing village of Porticello and the Phoenicians archaeological site of Solunto, as well as to the beautiful beaches of Aspra and Mongerbino. Moreover it is ten minutes far from the town of Bagheria, known for the beautiful villas of the aristocracy of the eighteen and nineteen century.
Note: during the months of July, August and September and the beginning of October only the first-floor separate apartment will be available for rent (minimum 3 days) either with breakfast or with the use of the laundry-room and the kitchenette or with both services.
In addition for the same period it is possible to rent even a single room with or without breakfast.
