Structure of the eighteenth century at about 2 km from the village of Venturina, divided in three big apartments. The property is completely fenced. It is located in the countryside near the sea at the top of the Campigliesi hills in the Val di Cornia, with panoramic view on a valley planted with olive trees. Distance from the sea of Etruscan Coast Rimigliano 8 km and 11 from Baratti - Populonia with sandy beaches and rocks. In ten minutes it' s possible to reach by car Piombino (port of embarkation for Elba Island), the hill towns of Campiglia Marittima and Suvereto. Siena, Volterra, Massa Marittima, Pisa, Florence and San Gimignano are within about an hour drive. Not far away there are environmental and cultural routes: Val di Cornia Parks of considerable historical interest, Populonia with its Etruscan necropolis. The Baths of Calidario and Venturina are at about 2 km.
