The Bed & Breakfast Colonial S.D. of Manchisi was built by the monks
Dominicans, and called "San Domenico" in 1400. The convent after being
sold for a short period it was transformed into the cellar and soon after in the mill.
The building is surrounded by olive trees and cherry.

Cozzana, one of the most beautiful districts of Monopoly, full of historic farms.
The district is situated in a strategic hillside location, equidistant Asthe
Monopoli, Polignano, Castellana Grotte and Conversano. 
 The Colonial SD of Manchisi
has four double rooms with bathroom, a room has
balcony, overlooking a large terrace, a window and the other is the plan
Raised in the yard with separate access. 
 All rooms have a shower
room, one more than the tank also. 
 Breakfast is both sweet and savory
served under a large gazebo in the summer and the winter in the living room stocked with
fireplace. The jams are served from our company. 
 The B & B has
heating and a reading / living room equipped with a large fireplace, is
